Well, I believe when selecting applicants for a job or employees for promotion, these factors should be taken into consideration.

Task 2: What is import when choosing a new supplier?

Well, I believe when choosing a new supplier these factors should be taken into consideration.

First, prices and discounts, lower prices will help us reduce cost, so we can have advantage in pricing, by a lower price we are more likely to attract new customers and secure the market.

second reputation, a well-known supplier is more likely to deliver high-quality products, cause they have been tested by the market and earned their repuation. we should always choose suppliers with a good repuation and avoid those who have disputed issues.

last, the punctuality of delivery,  punctuality means reliablity, means that we can always trust the supplier and keep things under control, on the contrary, if the supplier always miss the delivery time, we will have to spend a lot time waiting for them, thus miss the opportunity too.
